Exercise and stay healthy

Incorporating fitness into a busy schedule is hard and exercise is often the first to get chucked in the bin. But with a little planning, it’s doable. My name is Ifeoma Chukwu, 35, (until July, 16) and a mother of two big boys. I’m so in love with myself that sometimes I fear it might even be a sin. Being in the body you’ve always wished boosts your confidence. By creating time for your workouts and cutting down on fatty foods, you can get rid of that unwanted fat. It’s time to stop wishing and start working. This is your battle. Nothing works unless you do.


Your well-being should be a priority, not a once in a lifetime affair.

Too many of you want to get in shape, but there is a snag- No one to motivate you😌. Well, I’m here now. Can we get to work now? Yes, we can! People who are committed to staying in shape don’t ‘find’ time, we ‘take’ time. Most of us have unused chunks of time in our day; those 30 minutes we spend on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. If you audit your time, you’ll find that you have more time than you actually thought. Make your well-being a priority. Pay attention to how you’re spending your time and figure out which activities you could take time from. I never think of my health as a secondary priority. Right after my morning devotion, exercise follows. As a Mallam cannot be divorced from his plastic kettle, so I cannot be divorced from my daily workout.

Put one foot in front of the other. Once you start seeing the result, it becomes a lifestyle. The longer you wait, the more difficult it becomes. Stop drooling over that lush body. You too can have it; if you put your mind to it. Waist training only makes you look slimmer while you are wearing the corset. Once you take it off, your body reverts to its normal shape. The struggle of forcing yourself into that waist trainer, on a daily basis, pales in comparison to the struggle of getting in shape the natural way… {the gym}. Wearing a corset will have no effect on the amount of body fat that you have. Decide today to keep your waist trainer in the corner and indulge in some fat burning workouts.
